Info about this girl's diet and exercise regime:

 

I eat a low-carb high FAT Ketogenic diet that consists of lots of veggies, LOTS of fat (butter, cream, coconut oil, dark chocolate, avocado, nuts, coconut butter, coconut milk, etc) and small amounts of low glycemic fruits ( berries primarily). I do not consume any grains, sugar, gluten, or any dairy other than cheese, butter, and cream. I cook at home and eat out no more than 2-3 times per month. I meal prep for about 4-6 hours on Sunday and it’s a LIFE SAVER for keeping me on plan for the rest of the week.
A sample daily menu:
Breakfast: 1 slice of bacon, 1 egg fried in coconut oil and ¼ cup diced berries
Lunch: 1/3 cup salad greens topped with full-fat cheese, 2-3 cherry tomatoes, full-fat ranch and a few diced cucumber pieces and served 1.5 oz of seasoned and baked buttery chicken. (YUM!)
PM Snack: ½ oz nuts and a full-fat cheese slice/stick
Dinner: 1-2 oz beef, pork, shrimp or chicken served alongside a buttered veggie or sorts and usually topped with cheese. Example would be ¼ cup buttered broccoli served alongside a small slice of noodle-less lasagna bake.
Dessert: 2-3 small pieced of skinny chocolate ( a coconut oil based sugar-free chocolate I make)
Do I work out?
Yes! Absolutely! I work out 6 days per week for 1.5-2 hours per day. I focus on heavy lifting for about 90 minutes, and then I do about 20-30 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) cardio. I perform my cardio by running, biking, using the Stairmill or ARC trainer. Now that it’s nice weather, I usually just get outside and run about 2-3 miles which takes me about 20-25 minutes.

First up, her portions are tiny.  I assume this is because of her weight loss surgery, but that is so shitting unnatural.  Where exactly are the 'loads of veggies' she talks about?  A few slices of cucumber and 1/3 cup of broccoli doesn't quite cut it…

Secondly, a little piece of me died at the thought of her homemade, sugar-free, coconut oil 'skinny chocolate'.

Thirdly, she trains 6 days a week for 1.5-2hrs, lifting heavy, HIIT + more cardio (and apparently runs 3 miles in 20-25 mins)…so why the f**k does she look like some skinny fat chick who's never set foot in a gym?  She's lean enough, she should be showing some serious definition by now…but I see nothing.  Those are just not the legs or arms of a dedicated 'heavy lifting' gym bunny.  I quickly scrolled back at least 14 weeks in her IG and only recall seeing one pic of her at the gym, and none of her actually working out.  What gives?

Fourthly, so many of her pix just look off.  A few too many to just be a fluke of weird lighting/angles.  Her body shape IS just odd.  It is hugely suspicious.  Photoshop?  Plastic surgery?  Waist training and loose skin giving her body some weird, freakish silhouettes?  Whatever she's doing/done, it sure as heck isn't all natural.

Is it me or in a number of her pictures does there appear to be a slight line under her bust where a waist trainer/high waist spanx would end? There was even one were there was a visible jut out of her sweater.

That sounds like a miserable existence…

Much nutrition coach rolleyes so, tell me again how having WLS makes you somehow qualified to be a nutrition and fitness coach…?
Perhaps her portion sizes have to be small due to her WLS….but this is not sustainable for the "average" person that she's trying to "sell" to. And she's still working out a disproportionately large amount of time vs the nutrition she's taking in.
I'm a marathon runner and aside from running 3-4 days a week, I lift 2xs week plus cross train another 2x/week (swimming, boot camp, etc) so I frequently get in 1.5-2+ hrs of exercise…and some days, double that….and I would NEVER be able to fuel a 2 hour workout on under 1000 cal/day. Nor would I want to even try – my performance would suffer, and I'd be miserable. 3 cherry tomatoes and 1/3c of lettuce for lunch? Girl, no.

I still want to know where the racist comments on the "entire blog dedicated to her" are? So desperate for head pats and attention that she has to make shit up. others-221

What's up with this pic with the sunbeam that just happens to blur out her waist and maker her look like she's melting?

I just can't get with these "coaches" that have no training.  If she were to work in a gym, or any store and offer nutritional coaching, she would be shut down that same day.  But, it's on the internet so it's all OK!

You can see some weird blurring on her right (photo left) forearm where it appears she pushed it back into place after shrinking her waist. Her other hand looks to be pushing excess skin/fat back to make her waist appear to be smaller.

I find it kind of telling that she had her surgery in Mexico and based on her typical daily menu posted above is not hitting the recommended nutritional guidelines that most bariatric patients receive. There are obviously variations, but everything I've seen usually suggests 70-75 grams of protein a day and there's no way she's hitting that. Follow up care is important.

Her website also states that she's usually 140-145 as of July 2016 and she's now claiming 128 on Instagram. Are we to believe that she lost 12-17 lbs in 2 months at an already normal weight without being completely disordered?

OMG, I registered here after she posted the complaint looking for sympathy for people calling her out. I've been following her for about a year. I remember when she posted that she uses the waist shaper / trainer. I'm not even concerned with her waist looking small. I think she has lost a lot of weight, even if she does Photoshop. My problem is her attitude. Her attitude has become so terrible and she tries to rationalize the attitude by posting memes to excuse it. As if she is comfortable with her attitude… It's not even confidence, and it's definitely not humility. She's just downright mean. Let's get back to the photo shop. She photoshops the dog s*** out of her face. When she made a video showing her current body, that was her body. Yes it was. But she covered her face with the camera purposefully because she knows that she photo shops her face. She makes her nose smaller frequently. The half wig that she has, she tried her best to get her natural kinky hair to blend. I'm a black woman, and I know when someone is doing a piss-poor job of blending a unit with their natural hair. The Photoshop on her face is so bad that at times you could see the blur and when she wears those contacts… A hot mess!
