She went all the way to CA and only did the 5K?  Are you kidding me?  Who travels for a 5K and then has the nerve to call it a racecation?

The all inspiring Patty also ran the 10K on Saturday.  Of course in another costume.  Can you say midlife crisis?

She advertised that she would be out on Sunday to cheer the runners on for the 1/2 marathon.  Unfortunately, I saw her twice…..once holding a sign that read "I run bar tabs" around mile 4.5 and then around mile 12 there she was again hold a bag of chips for the runners.  I guess I am assuming they were for the runners but the could have been her early morning snack.  After all she is such a healthy eater since she was invited to the Cigna blog meet-up that was held on Friday of race wk end.

Does she do anything all day other than stalk the Disney website?  She got into another park meetup, and those things fill up as soon as they post the announcement.  The only way to get in is to hit it immediately.

I'm also wondering if she passed onto the second round on the Mom's panel.  April from The Great Wide Somewhere posted today that she made it to round two.  No status from Patty at all.

I think she gets an automatic to the second round for making it to the last round last year. I don't know why she hasn't said anything about it though, that's not really like her.

I don't think she does anything but stalk blogs, she probably has a group of friends that do it and they all tip each other off.

For those of you keeping score…..she did NOT make it to round 3 of the Disney Mom's Panel.

Even with all the reposts and re-twitters it did not help her numbers enough or maybe Disney just does not like what they see.

But I think she has out numbered Sassy in the trips to DL and WDW lately.

I haven't been able to bring myself to read her lately.  My life has just been too crazy to let myself get irritated with Patty's stuff.  I think there's more money to play with in Patty's situation than in Sassy's.  That's why she's up on the trip tally.

One thing that's annoying me about her is her "geeking out" about Star Wars. If it wasn't part of Disney now, she wouldn't give a shit!!! So stupid.

True about Star Wars.  I have a co-worker who will go on and on to anyone who listens about the "expanded universe" and all other minutia.  She seems a much better resource than Patty, who could probably tell you about the merchandise in the stores right now, but nothing else.

I checked Patty's blog today, and the top posts on her page are almost all sponsored posts.  Does she realize she's doing the exact same posts as everyone else?  The only difference is she's not at all choosy.  I never heard of Erin Condren planners until I started reading blogs.  Then I realized every blogger thinks she needs a $75 dollar planner with stickers to run their lives.  Seriously?  The dollar store has calendars if you can't get one for free.  I manage to keep track of where I have to be for one dollar.

She's not even a hate read anymore.  She's just a series of commercials.

She did the full marathon at Disney World in eight hours.  That seems excessive unless you're seriously injured or overcoming something that really impedes your speed.  I knew a stroke survivor who walked marathons with a cane and he'd come in at about eight hours.  What was she doing out there?

Her FB photo calling herself a Marathoner just rubbed me the wrong way.  8 HR for a marathon, her pace was not what Disney requires the pace to be.  Sure she finished but it wasn't during the official time allowance.  It was a "stunt".

I know someone else who walked the entire thing and did it in 6 hrs and she's older than Patty.

Personally, I would not be showing off and bragging if I did it and it was not within the pace time.  I would be kicking myself because I did not keep up the pace.  But that's just me and I also would not take a finishers medal if for some reason I did not complete a race.  But the rD fanatics are in a "class" of their own.

I wonder if she will be at DL for SW this weekend?

The last time I did the LA Marathon, I had an IT band injury that gave me pain from my knee to my hip.  It got worse and worse the longer I was out there, and  I had stomach issues that morning and stopped at the porta-johns three or four times.  I think I actually sat on the curb and cried for a few moments trying to decide if I wanted to finish or bail.   I still managed to limp through in 6.5 hours.  What the hell was she doing that it took her so long?

I really want to give her kudos for finishing because 26 miles is 26 miles and it's not ever easy.  I also know from experience that being out there for a longer time is mentally harder in many ways than being out there for a shorter time, but I agree with you.  Something rubs me the wrong way about her attitude toward the whole thing.
