So they got married on her college campus (and they're constantly visiting the town it's in), even though he didn't go there? That's… interesting. Usually the only couples that get married on college campuses are those that met there. The whole relationship is super weird (the wearing Oiselle clothing thing is urgh).

In all her non-triathlon photos she's folding her torso over her lower body in some manner.

What is with these highly-accomplished, professional, athletic women whose bodies are absolutely at a healthy weight treating themselves with such self-loathing?? Like Swim Bike Mom, she can't go a week without calling herself fat or mentioning how much she hates her body.

She blogged a PHOTO of another woman's infant DYING.

She needs to GOMI. She also needs to check herself into rehab for life skills. I cannot believe that a functioning, educated, employed adult would think that that was an appropriate thing to do.

So now she is pregnant? And she labeled the u/s "little otter"? That just seems like she is really inserting herself further into the loss of her husband's baby. I know they would have been half siblings, but under these circumstances? uh

As bad as she is, I have to say he is worse. Regardless of what led to the end of his first marriage, he needs to reign this one in if their child ever expects to feel secure.

He should never have allowed his new squeeze into the hospital at all, for the sake of his ex-wife. That was a dumb move. I don't care if he felt he needed comfort and support. The mom's feelings matter too, and this was a time to put her first. She underwent the physical trauma of birth, and now the emotional trauma of the death of her child, and she did not need her child's father bringing in his side piece.

They are both disgusting.

I really need to shut up on this topic, but it genuinely horrifies me.

I would feel so helpless, if I saw my dead baby on someone else's blog. Especially if its my ex-husbands new wife discussing her grief over my child.

Disgusted doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about this blogger. Where is the empathy?

I watched this whole disaster play out in real time and was horrified.
Actually, horrified doesn't begin to describe it.
What a horrible situation for the ex wife. New girlfriend shows up to the hospital where her baby is dying, takes a ton of pics. AND f**kING BLOGS ABOUT IT. What kind of adult does this. This is so inappropriate on so many levels.
Gross KBG, GOMI and be ashamed, this is not how adults act.

She is literally the worst ever ever ever. I couldn't even begin to read this blog. If I was the ex-wife, I would stab her with whatever I could get my hands on, and then blog about that.

Yeah, so, besides all the above mentioned things that are +1,000,000, this chick appears to be one of those that includes Garmin times as PRs rather than the official race time. She lists her half marathon PR in "results" as 1:46:xx but I started reading some of her posts and she had to make several bathroom stops due to GI issues and her real finish time is like 1:52 or something. This is a pet peeve of mine.

Stopping at the bathroom, as rushed as it may be, lets your heart rate recover so you can subsequently run faster when you start again. You can't use your auto-stopped Garmin time as your PR. Just stop.

LOL. This is one of the things that irritates me about a minority of people in endurance sports. Why be dishonest when there is nothing to gain from it? That's like lying about your damn golf scores.

That's a pet peeve of mine too.  Also when people tell you "my pace for the half marathon was x:xx" based on their garmin rather than telling you their official race time, because they are utterly convinced the course was long.  I've had people tell me this in a certified, big city 1/2 marathon where a world record time was set.  Pretty sure the course length was 13.1 and your garmin was off.  Don't lie about your pace.  angry

Or you are bad at tangents. I'm pretty bad at hitting them well in a big race with lots of turns, my Garmin is always long. I take the chip time because that's the certified result. I can run a pace twice as fast as my race pace, but only for a brief time, that doesn't make me speedy.
