I have heard of the Marriage Powerpoint but never actually seen it until now. Isn't her husband a lawyer? Exactly how does a guy who is trained to argue for a living become convinced to marry someone on the strength of a poorly designed powerpoint that is mostly block quotes and cheesy movies from the mid 2000's?

Managed to find this post on my own- when she announced she was dropping T1 (What is his actual name?) off with her mom for 6 weeks to go back to school… The comments are awesome.

TA is definitely not a lawyer…I believe he's a financial consultant?

Yes she got her degree because her parents paid for it.

WheresMyCoffee- we don't use T1 or T2's names on GOMI. Some also don't use TA's name. You can find them on IG if you look around or I'm sure if you really care someone can PM them to you. We don't want T1 or T2 to have their names linked to GOMI when they grow up and start googling their horrible mother in a few years.

She was on her phone the whole time, crowdsourced her homework and wrote her final paper on "Why Mormon Women Blog". That paper was awesome (and by awesome I mean terrible and embarrassing). Have a look: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/22084098/English495TermPaperFemaleBloggerslongversion.pdf

Oh, yes, the final paper.  Looks like she's been SWFing Naomi/Taza for years now. It's like That Wife and treatment of her "littles" is like the seedy underbelly of Love Taza.

I'm not sure that they were ever in the same Utah Mormon circles, but I think she has plenty friends-of-friends, including some former BYU friends who live in NYC and are "real-life" friends w/Naomi now. I found one comment to one of these girls pretty hilarious – basically in one of Jenna's controversial posts, this girl says hi, Jenna thanks her for commenting on HER blog but then says while she reads her friend's blog, she "doesn't have the time" to ever comment.

Riiiiiight.

Also, I am curious to see how her experience with vitiligo plays out, given how image-obsessed she is…

I thought she saw a derm for her vitiligo self-diagnosis and got laughed out of the office.

Dec 3: Wearing a skirt from college today, which makes me happy. Going to a dermatologist because I think I have vitiligo, which makes me sad.

thatwifeDermatologist said there is nothing I worry about. Hooray! #wearsunscreen

If the doc told her "nothing to worry about" that's probably because it's only "cosmetic" in terms of "concerns." My guess is she just had a talk with her dad while in WA, who mentioned a topical cream he is taking, and so now she is crowdsourcing a second (or -nth) opinion.

I have vitiligo (no pigment in little blotches all across my chest, and no pigment in some parts of my hair) and my primary and derm both tell me to avoid tanning and follow an autoimmune protocol diet. The laser options currently out there weren't recommended, probably much like the person in the twitter conversation (also, thinking logically, trying to permanently re-pigment skin to "match" your skin, when your skin color is constantly changing by season just doesn't sound like a good idea).

On her That Wife FB page

I want to fully embrace all 18 of these. I'm close, but not there yet.

1. Putting themselves first.

I don't see this being a problem for Jenna. She will only use this as an excuse to spend even more time candy crushing her days away without feeling guilty.

I and the other people that have been reading since she got married can help confirm what is fact and what has been exaggerated in our snarking-fun (though my internet research skills aren't as masterful as some of you!). I just have a good memory of all the WTF since, especially after she got pregnant the first time, has been almost constant.

There was a short time before she got pregnant that I thought she was normal enough, but being pregnant and having T1 revealed how incredibly insane she is.  And that's what I wonder about current readers/friends – do they have no frame of reference?  I'll never understand how they can't detect how hateful and terrible she is, particularly as a mother.  She may not abuse her kids in the way that is obvious and glaring to many, but she is completely and totally setting them up for issues in the future. Namely, the moment they read their mom's blog.  I'm sad for that day when they put it all together that if she could go back and do it again, she probably wouldn't be a mother ("Absent Mormonism I would have approached the decision to have children in a much more studied, personal fashion. I never even knew/thought being childless was an option for me.").  That's got to make the kids feel good someday. And the way T1 will see the stark difference in treatment between him as a baby and T2 – surroundings, home, the way she openly talks of her frustrations with him, but nothing but glowing love and adoration for T2.  That will hurt.
