Bravo to Cheeks for spoiling Messica's big news for us!! Love having the inside scoop. Also love that she was born with dark hair. Fangirls are telling her how beautiful the name is…drool

I loved that too.

The name is a hot mess just like the mom.  Beatrix Dot lol!  I'm sure she couldn't be dissuaded.

2.0's hair will probably turn lighter like the kicked-to-the-curb 1.0's hair did.  But Messi will have a hard time maintaining that bright blonde for a year or so until that time comes.

She wrote "It was the most marvelous day", so I'm guessing she got her VBAC.

it's quite ~*European~* (anglo). much sophisticated, very chic. sani_unicorndrool

I'm more familiar with Beatriz as a form of Beatrice, but maybe that is too spicy for Quirks.

…Isn't Paul McCartney's kid with Heather Mills named Beatrice?

My daughter's middle name is Dorothy and we called her "Dot" during the pregnancy.  We call her by her given, non-x containing name now.  cry

I am in the UK and I have never seen Beartice spelled that way. I don't even know how you would pronounce it that way. It just looks wrong.

But hey, Messi got what she wanted and she's "the happiest" for like the next 5 minutes, then she'll be back to being her miserable, insufferable, shitty kitty self.

Wait I stand corrected. The lovely Ms Potter was indeed spelled with x. Oh well.

I keep thinking of Bellatrix LeStrange, or whatever that Harry Potter character was called.

Beatrix LeSquirk

She's cute. She looks just like her big brother.

Ugh, my beautiful 5 year old fur babies are Felix & Beatrice, while I'm glad it is not the exact naming I hate that she will be using my nicknames (Fe & Bea).  This might be what I needed to finally stop following the most boring, slow motion trainwreck in the history of the interwebz.

Who am I kidding, I'll at least stick around to see her throw a temper tantrum about not getting the right amount of help from people.
