I'm not noticing any difference. What are you seeing, just curious.

Me neither. For me, though, Deb can do little wrong, so if I were to perceive a slight decline in irresistibility, I would attribute it to two small kids/busy life, and forgive her immediately.

Yeah, same here, and also: I'm not that an astute of a photo viewer unless the pix are so egregious (you, Gluten Free Girl!) that it's blatantly obvious, so I can't really be a critic.

I made the mustard garlic chicken she posted about on Instagram and it was AMAZING. I made it in my ceramic pan though so it didn't get as much charring as hers did on a grill. I think it would be even better on a grill. I didn't think it had an overwhelming mustard flavor like she talked about one of her commenters saying it did. My boyfriend, friend, and our assorted children loved it. We had it with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese because children, but I think it would go well with an alfredo style pasta or even on a fancy sandwich with toasted bread, lettuce, onions, and a chipotle mayo of some sort. 10 out of 10. Would make again. Will make again.

Happy to report that I saw Deb at the Third Place Books event tonight and she was hilarious, and genuine, and a joy to listen to! Also happy to report that I didn't spot Shauna in the crowd of around 200 attendees, so that made it even better!

I saw her on the weekend and it alright, just the signing, no talk, which was disappointing. But i noticed she was not as nervous this time as she was for the first cookbook tour.

After reading through the whole thread here, i have a stack of recipes i need to try. Thanks hams!

Her talk was brief but very funny and engaging, and then she opened it up for questions. I was worried the questions would be dumb, but they weren't!  The signing line was a mile long though, so we skipped that part.
