SEC Files Action Against Something Navy’s Husband

Brandon Charnas, greasy, has apparently failed to comply with a subpoena from the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding allegations of insider trading. Today it ‘filed an action against Brandon Charnas’ stating the ‘Respondent must comply with the Subpoena or explain to the Court why he should not be held in contempt for his failure to comply’.

Something Navy Is ‘Struggling to Survive’

Something Navy, the underwhelming retail brand started by Arielle Charnas, is apparently imploding faster than a homemade submarine. According to a post on Business Insider:

Its CEO is leaving the company, most employees have either quit or been laid off, and production of new clothing is on hold…Something Navy has closed two of its stores and halted production of this year’s clothing collections…Shipments to customers from the company’s New Jersey warehouse have been on hold for the past month…At least 14 more employees have quit or been laid off, leaving a skeleton crew.
