Cary Randolph Finally Married

Cary Randolph, getting married in the Hamptons, got married in the Hamptons about an hour ago. Evidently she and her non-Kennedy husband are now at the reception dancing to totes ironic music.

Congratulations, Cary! You got married before 30, just like you always wanted. Sorry nobody bought you that $700 gravy boat though.

Cary Randolph Is Getting Married In The Hamptons, Because Of Course She Is

scary

Cary Randolph, finally getting married, has announced she will be getting married June 20th in Bridgehampton. She also shared the amazing love story that has led her to this ultimate achievement.

For our first date, Doug invited Cary to dinner at Tamarind in downtown Manhattan. She didn’t know this was a test of compatibility–was she adventurous enough for Indian food? Nearly two years later, the answer is yes.

She goes on to say “[f]rom the start, we knew we would get married on Long Island’s East End”. We all knew she would as well, because Cary’s been obsessed with the Hamptons for years.

The happy couple, engaged about 15 minutes ago, have also set up a Bloomingdale’s registry. It features such must haves as a $600 Waterford “Vodka Set and Chill Bowl” and Ralph Lauren nut bowls, as well as a $130 “eye massager”.

So it begins, Cary’s life as the next…I don’t know, whoever the current Hamptons socialite du jour is, I stopped caring around the time Devorah Rose started at Social Life Magazine. I’m more interested in trying to figure out why Cary made a big deal about moving to St. Louis to ‘found’ her own website only to get married and move back half a year later, but, whatever.

Cary Randolph Will Finally Get Married

Cary Randolph, husband hunter, seems to have finally nailed down a man. Just six months after moving back to Missouri her boyfriend apparently finally stepped up and proposed – and she’s already starting a wedding diet.

Her man finally popped the question 3 weeks ago, but without further confirmation I thought maybe it was a joke. Especially since a mere month ago, following speculation of a breakup, she was spewing rapture about life in St. Louis.

STL is pretty amazing. I love it here. My apartment sits right across the street from Forest Park, and on weekend mornings, I go for a jog and then pop around the corner for coffee. Saint Louisans take their coffee so seriously! I see my family at least once a month, thank God, and have a fantastic group of friends to see every other day and night. And when you factor price and convenience into your lifestyle plan, there’s so much more to do here than in New York.

With her fiance based in NYC I assume she will be moving back for what will be the fourth or fifth time now. But hey, congrats! All that hard work finally paid off!

Cary Randolph Is Moving Back To Missouri

Cary Randolph, “founder“, has apparently announced plans to leave New York City…again.

Speculation about her job status began last week when Cary, who has been the “Senior Editor” at Ralph Lauren Magazine for over a year, posted snarky instagrams indicating she couldn’t care less about fashion week. After a blog post around the same time stating she only worked 10-6 many wondered exactly how secure her job could be. However, at this time Cary has not said why she is leaving the city or whether she is still employed with Ralph Lauren.

Cary has fled the big city before – last time she took off to Newport and penned smug posts about the joys of being free of New York. But since her return three years ago she seemed more committed than ever to becoming a blonde Manhattan socialite, complete with the typical socialite’s default job in fashion publishing, babbling about the Hamptons, and a write up as one of the top 50 “most desirable” bachelorettes in New York City.

After so much time invested in becoming a “bold bortch” editrix, we have to wonder what could be behind this out-of-nowhere decision to chuck it all and return to the midwest.

Cary Randolph Can Be A Founder

trackwut

Cary Randolph, classy Superstorm Sandy survivor, is now taking on her seventh or eighth persona in the last five years – she’s now a founder. It seems everyone’s favorite former fashion week reporter turned Brooklyn skate rat turned marathon runner turned Newport WASP turned Hamptons party girl turned New York socialite/Ralph Lauren editor has bought a domain for – excuse me, founded – something called “Track & Feel”.

The twitter bio for the newly founded website thing urges you to “sweat often & elegantly”, and its stream seems to be nothing but mentions of sports equipment, workout clothes, and informing the world they are doing yoga and running marathons. The website itself appears as if it’s attempting to be some knock off Into The Gloss lifestyle blog thing, but for exercise.

I don’t understand how people can call themselves a “founder” when all they’ve done is set up a tumblr and some social media accounts. Everyone is now a “founder” the same way everyone was an “editor” 5 years ago. You don’t have to actually accomplish anything; just buy a domain, slap a title on yourself, and boom, you’re important. I’m at the point where if I meet someone who says they are a “founder” or “editor” I just mentally roll my eyes and think “sure you are, sweetie, what’s your blogspot address?”

Cary Randolph Recounts The Horror Of Surviving Sandy

Cary Randolph, half a sandwich away from a meal, never misses an opportunity to remind everyone that she’s no longer a wannabe Brooklyn hipster from Missouri – she’s now a top drawer Hamptons going snooty party attending New York City socialite. And like many NYCers, Cary felt the need to share with facebook friends how she survived Superstorm Sandy:

Yes folks, this is how Scary Mandolph eeked out the week of devastation after Sandy. You know, the storm that hit the east coast a couple of weeks ago, killing over a hundred, forcing the evacuation of over half a million, and leaving millions with property damage or homeless. As New York City hospitals lost power and had to move patients to safety, Cary was playing charades and no doubt wondering if her shoes were safe.

Maybe she will do another “what to wear to commemorate a tragedy” post to honor the victims. Or maybe she will just move to the Hamptons and stfu.
