Dooce Continues To Sound Like A Graduate Of Therapy

Heather Armstrong, valedictorian of everything, apparently went to Wyoming for some family thing.  Per her cycle of emotional breakdown -> all better now, she first informed us that she had “walked right up to the window of a nervous breakdown and saw exactly what it looked like inside. It’s a Craphole. And it’s scary as hole”…and then posted that after not sleeping for three days, a night of sleep has solved all her problems:

Dooce Dares You To Insinuate She’s Racist

Heather Armstrong, not that kind of mommyblogger, threw a surprisingly normal and adorable birthday party for her 3 year old. There was Costco food and a regular old sheet cake, bubble machine toys, friends and family. It was all very average and not all twee mommy blogger, as Dooce Vader reminded us several times.

Dooce Out Of Town On Business…Again

Katrillionaire mommy blogger Dooce, don’t call her a mommy blogger, is once again reposting archives because she is “currently out of town on business, so for the next few days I’m going to post some things from my archives that many of you have probably never seen.”

Mr. Dooce Will Delete Your Comments

After the WTF’s and confused looks following Jon “Mr. Dooce” Armstrong’s post about working with his estranged wife and her bizarre F Bomb Twitter Flipout,  commenters on his site began making remaks and asking questions about Mrs. Dooce and the divorce. It seems last week Jon finally had enough and instituted a new comment policy:

Please do not discuss Heather or her site in the comments, thanks. I’ll delete them regardless of how long you’ve been a reader or how concerned you might be. Don’t take it personally, it’s just something that Heather deserves and I want to give her. I’m making every effort to be civil and courteous. I would ask you to do the same when visiting here.

One has to wonder if Dooce is affording Jon the same courtesy on her own site.

A reader also claims Mr. Dooce has recently plastered his blog with ads, presumably to take advantage of all that new Doocevorce traffic (he says on his post “I don’t want to let an opportunity pass, but I also don’t want to be tacky. I think my money need is greater than my concerns about being tacky right now.”).  Personally I can’t recall if he had ads before or not so I’m not bothered if he now has them, but you can hardly blame the man for trying to get some furniture money.
