Idiot With Stolen iPad Starts Uploading Selfies

Allen Engstrom’s iPad was stolen recently. Apparently the thief isn’t aware of how internets works, because she’s taking selfies…which are being backed up and synced to his phone:

Allen seems to have a nice solution in mind:

I’m thinking of taking a picture of myself, letting her know her nice glamour shots are all over the internet and asking her to kindly refer to my name and email ETCHED ON THE BACK OF THE IPAD and contact me about giving it back.

I can’t wait to see how this plays out. Just a tip to electronics thieves – it’s a dumb idea to actually use the items you steal!

“Handbasket” Is Glad You Know What You’d Do

“Notes from the Handbasket” has spent over a year justifying why she won’t leave the husband who totally did nothing wrong in having horrible images of children on his computer. Now that he has been convicted for possession of CSA material, she would like to remind you all that your judgment is ridiculous:

Upon hearing about a man convicted on [CSA material] charges, many women declare that if it were their husband, they know exactly what they would do. They would turn him in themselves, they would hold him at gunpoint, they would hate him forever, they would kick him out of the house, they would damage or remove his testicles, they would abandon him without thinking twice, they would never let him see the children again. He would be so gone…Those of us who have husbands in trouble for child p**nography, well, we were caught off guard. We didn’t have time to concoct elaborate plans. And if we had elaborate plans for such an unthinkable day, the unthinkable day trashed our plans. Seeing our husbands in trouble, seeing our husbands facing the worst trouble imaginable–facing unimaginable trouble!–we reacted as if these men truly were our husbands. These were the men we promised to love and cherish. How could we abandon them? These are the men we do love and cherish.

She goes on to ask “What if your brother were going to prison? Would you abandon him? What about your father?” and “What if it were your son?” in an effort to impress upon people that it’s not just her husband that does such things.

Since this is the woman who is over on prisontalk claiming “[l]ooking at [CSA material], searching for it, enjoying it does not mean the guy is a p**phile” and saying that the “idea that we stop regulating p**n makes sense to me”, I think it’s reasonable to assume that any judgment she is dealing with is more likely simply people trying to make her see her faulty logic.

You would think she’d know that a mother saying things like “I have yet to see anything that tells me that making [CSA material] illegal has any effect on the broader world of child abuse”, would obviously cause a few folks to say “if it were my husband I would keep him away from MY kids”. Hey lady, that’s not judgment. That’s called protecting your kids from convicted and known predators. Get a grip and stop trying to pass off your family as the victims of some cruel justice system.

God I hate the internet today.

Thinking Housewife Says Birth Control Ruins Men

The Thinking Housewife wants men to stop submitting to the matriarchal dogma that allows women a say about the size of the family – because apparently men who are allowed to put as many babies as possible into the world are more manly:

Men who are fathers of several children, especially those who have been openly living the Church’s teaching against contraception, gain a confidence and ease in their masculinity that does not seem equaled by others. These men seem aware of their power…A man who has not denied his masculine procreative power is a man whose virility is evident to the world.

That’s right, folks – if you take advantage of modern options allowing you to control your reproduction, you are emasculating men!

Men in this day and age are rarely encouraged to procreate freely; they are asked to step up to the plate a couple of times and then are sort of put out to pasture, for lack of a better term. Their role as father is never fully realized…it is always held in check, restrained and controlled and eventually severed, whether surgically or otherwise….have men in turn been weakened – and have they become intimidated by the huge but beautiful responsibility of providing for a family – due to the false sense of control contraception gives, and with it the temptation to avoid heavy family and financial burdens?

Oh the poor men who buy into leftist ideals about only having as many children as you desire or can afford! When will men fight back against the evil belief that controlling reproduction and family size is a decision human beings should have a say in? Men, throw away her birth control and refuse to participate in condoms and vasectomies! Stand up for your right to make your virility “evident to the world”! Otherwise, as “Kevin M.” says, “If this nonsense continues, I wouldn’t be surprised if this country broke out in a civil war, considering the extremeties that the Left embraces”

Bloggers Continue To Share About Their Vaginas

Jen, blogger lady at “Life With Levi”, follows the lead of That Wife by posting about her attempts to tighten up her feminine facilities. Evidently Jen decided kegal balls would help:

I put them in, and just to see if I could do it, got up and walked around the living room. They didn’t fall out. In fact, I could barely feel them.

I laid on the couch and tried doing some kegel exercises. At first, I could feel a little pressure from them, but then they shifted and I couldn’t feel them anymore. Maybe that’s just how they work? I settled in to watch a little TV.

Worried they might fall out when she went to use the restroom, Jen first elected to urinate all over her hand in order to catch them if they popped out. When they didn’t appear Jen started to worry:

Urinating apparently does not relax any of the muscles in my vagina enough to give back the stupid balls. Now I was getting mad, so I decided to go on a search and rescue mission. And totally freaked. Because I couldn’t feel them anywhere in there. Crap. I lost my marbles.

After hours of “jumping up and down to dislodge them” and “lots of awkward bendy positions later” the kegal balls emerged and a delightful tale about her vagina that will in no way mortify her children in the future made its way onto the internet.

Britton Delizia Wants You To Stop Being Mean To Hot Chicks

Britton Delizia, “a 25 year old mother of one , im 5’7” and stay around 140 pounds”, is tired of thin, athletic, attractive women being made to feel horrible about themselves. In order to combat the rampant discrimination against non-fat girls, Britton has created a Kickstarter project to fund a book full of inspirational photos like the one above.

Why should a woman have to apologize for wanting to be fit?
Why should a woman have to apologize because she likes to run? or eat healthy? or just has the metabolism that is geared to keep weight at bay?

…I think this book will probably upset a few people, i think it will be looked at wrong by some people..

But.. if it just makes it into the hands of ONE little girl who feels like she has to be overweight to fit in with the current 70% of the overweight population of America, and it gives her the strength to know that being healthy isnt a bad thing.

Um…wut? Who out on planet earth is telling young women they need to be overweight??? And seriously, “No child should be taught that being healthy , or active, or pretty , means your [sic] dirty, or dumb”? I’m pretty sure not knowing the difference between “your” and “you’re” is what makes people judge your intelligence, not whether you have six pack abs.

I really hope this gets funded. If there’s anything the world needs it’s a book full of Gretchen Wieners whining about how hard it is to be thin and pretty.

“Fabulously Broke” Thinks Women Can’t Handle “Men’s Work”

Shawanda Greene, of Fabulously Broke in the City, is “okay with offending people if I speak my truth”. Evidently her current truth is that “women shy away from STEM [Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math] professions. Additionally, we shun honest, good paying, blue collar” jobs such as “plumbers, carpenters, electricians, fire fighters, construction workers, garbage collectors, and mechanics” because “the conditions in which the aforementioned professionals work are, quite frankly, undesirable”. What are these “undesirable” conditions of “traditional ‘men’s work”?

The work is physically demanding:

Men and women are not equal. It’s impossible for a man to carry and conceive a child. And no one argues otherwise…I’d back down from a bar fight with even the scrawniest guy, because, well, he could probably kick my butt. After all, no one argues that men are stronger and faster than women.

…dirty:

Do you know what my father, a garbageman, smelled like when he walked through the door? You guessed it. Garbage. Personally, I’m not super eager to chip my finger nails, sweat out my hairdo, or catch offensive odors in my hair and pores during a standard day’s work.

…and masculine:

If you work with a bunch of guys, more likely than not, office chitchat will surround topics guys care about.

She wraps up these brilliant observations by stating that “I believe women should expand their options. However, I haven’t totally convinced myself that we’ll be successful in all male dominated professions.”

I’d really like to craft a pithy response to all of these statements but I need to take out my trash, repair my bathroom sink, and write some code, since my vagina has yet to convince me that such tasks are undesirable.

Cary Randolph Recounts The Horror Of Surviving Sandy

Cary Randolph, half a sandwich away from a meal, never misses an opportunity to remind everyone that she’s no longer a wannabe Brooklyn hipster from Missouri – she’s now a top drawer Hamptons going snooty party attending New York City socialite. And like many NYCers, Cary felt the need to share with facebook friends how she survived Superstorm Sandy:

Yes folks, this is how Scary Mandolph eeked out the week of devastation after Sandy. You know, the storm that hit the east coast a couple of weeks ago, killing over a hundred, forcing the evacuation of over half a million, and leaving millions with property damage or homeless. As New York City hospitals lost power and had to move patients to safety, Cary was playing charades and no doubt wondering if her shoes were safe.

Maybe she will do another “what to wear to commemorate a tragedy” post to honor the victims. Or maybe she will just move to the Hamptons and stfu.
